Custom Module Development
When standard Odoo modules aren't enough, we build tailored solutions: custom modules, system integrations, advanced reports, and specific automations.

Custom development is the most expensive part of an Odoo project and the part that weighs most heavily at upgrade time. So we approach it in this order: first check the requirement is not already covered as standard, then look at whether a process adjustment is enough, and only then write code. When development is warranted, it is documented, tested and built to survive the next Odoo release.
What We Deliver
Custom Odoo module development following best practices
Integration with third-party systems and APIs
Advanced reporting and business intelligence dashboards
Workflow automation tailored to your processes
Thorough testing and documentation for every module
Our Development Process
Standard first, custom second
Odoo covers far more out of the box than most companies expect, and a significant share of the development requests we receive turn out to be solvable with configuration, a custom view or an automation rule, without a line of code. We start with that check every time. It takes an hour and saves tens of thousands of dirhams. This is not a commercial posture: every custom module we avoid writing is a module we will not have to maintain for five years.
The real cost of a custom module
The quoted development price is not the total cost. A specific module has to be tested at every version upgrade, adapted when Odoo changes the relevant API, and documented so another developer can pick it up. Over a three-year cycle, maintenance often represents a significant share of the initial build. We price that in at quote stage, because a module delivered without a maintenance budget becomes technical debt that blocks upgrades.
Where custom work genuinely earns its place
The developments we most often run in Morocco address regulatory or industry specifics the publisher does not cover: export formats demanded by an authority or a major client, lot traceability with rules particular to food processing or export, pricing calculations tied to agricultural campaigns, or integrations with third-party systems already in place, from an industrial scale to an existing customer portal.
Frequently asked questions about Odoo development
Will your developments survive Odoo version upgrades?
That is what the method is for. We follow the publisher's conventions, avoid fragile core overrides, and document every module. That said, no custom module is entirely neutral at a major version upgrade: testing and sometimes adaptation are required. We price that rather than leave it unsaid.
Who owns the code you develop?
You do. Modules built for your project are delivered with their documentation, and you are free to hand them to another provider. We do not withhold source code as a retention tactic.
Can you integrate Odoo with our existing tools?
Yes, through the Odoo API or dedicated connectors: online store, logistics platform, bank, point of sale, or an internal business application. The thing to verify up front is always the same: does the system on the other side expose a usable, documented interface? We check that during scoping.
