Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored in our CRM system (Odoo) hosted in Morocco. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.

Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses several analytics tools to measure traffic and improve your experience:

• Google Analytics — to measure traffic and content performance.
• Microsoft Clarity — to understand how you interact with our site through heatmaps, anonymized session replays, and behavioral metrics (mouse movements, clicks, scrolls). Microsoft Clarity hosts this data on Azure and is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — used anonymously and not requiring consent.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are loaded by default. You can decline them at any time via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

International Transfers and Data Retention

Some of our analytics providers process data on infrastructure located outside Morocco:

• Microsoft (Clarity) processes data on Microsoft Azure (European Union and United States). Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. Session recordings are retained for approximately 12 months.
• Google (Analytics) processes data via Google LLC (United States) under its terms and the EU-US DPF. The default user-data retention period is 14 months.
• Cloudflare anonymizes data at collection; no personal data transfer occurs.

Your Rights

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectify inaccurate data
• Right to object to data processing
• Right to delete your data
• Right to data portability
