Map before you choose
We document real flows, not theoretical ones: how an order actually arrives, who approves it, where it waits, how many times the data is re-keyed, and at what point it diverges between sales, accounting and inventory. That mapping comes from interviews with the people doing the work, not only with management. It is almost always at this stage that the real bottlenecks appear, and they are rarely where anyone expected.
Gap analysis, concretely
Once processes are documented, we measure the gap between what you need and what Odoo does out of the box. Every gap falls into one of three buckets: covered as standard, covered by changing a process, or requiring development. The third bucket is the expensive one, and our job is to keep it as small as possible. You get that classification in writing, priced line by line, before committing.
What we decline to recommend
We do not recommend an ERP to a five-person company whose real problem is spreadsheet invoicing: a compliant invoicing tool costs a tenth as much and does the job. We do not recommend switching everything at once when cash is tight either. Advice that cannot say no is not advice, it is a sales pitch. That is also why our initial audit is free: it has to be able to conclude that you do not need us.

Is consulting billed separately from integration?
The initial audit and scoping are free and carry no commitment: they produce a written scope and a firm quote. Broader advisory work, such as a process redesign or help choosing between several ERPs, is billed by the day and stays independent of any implementation decision.
Can you advise us if we are torn between Odoo and another ERP?
Yes. We publish detailed comparisons against Sage, SAP Business One and ERPNext, including the cases where Odoo is not the right answer. If your business is heavily accounting-led and your firm works exclusively in Sage, the arithmetic can point the other way.
Do you work with companies that already run Odoo?
Regularly. Many Moroccan companies have Odoo installed but poorly configured, most often on the accounting and tax side. An audit of the existing setup identifies compliance gaps and priority corrections without starting over.
